Meet Joanne Diaz, the passionate heart behind Texas Lash Academy. With 15 years as a licensed cosmetologist and 8 years specializing as a lash technician, she has spent over a decade transforming her love for beauty into an art that empowers others. Her journey began with a simple desire to help people feel confident in their own skin, and over the years, that passion has grown into a space where creativity, skill, and self-experssion come together. Known for her nurturing and empowering approach, Joanne Diaz delights in guiding each clinic and student, making every experience not just about beauty, but about confidence, joy and personal growth.
